- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that the pricing is negotiable. Discounts are given under certain requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with new customers is we usually get to know what the Client wants done, a description of what they are looking for. An appointment can be set to further discuss project details, prices and dates. Typically depending on the scale of the job, payments will be either asked in smaller payments or if it is a one-day job for example, the payment would given that same day once the project is completed. Communication is key and so texts, calls and emails will be responded too to answer any questions the Client may have.
