FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First, consider your goals. Is it to be able to find important paperwork easily and pay all bills on time? Is it to have your kitchen organized to make it easy and efficient to eat healthfully? Is it to make a cluttered space more accessible and visually appealing? Then, consider what is most important to get done first. Next, choose a small high priority project that can be accomplished in less than 10 hours. That way you can see how working with a professional organizer works for you and then schedule larger projects once you have become familiar and comfortable with a particular service provider. Also, carefully consider the background of the person you are hiring as trust is key for personal organization. Have they had a background check? Do they have a professional reputation to uphold in the community? As a local government employee, I have been fingerprinted and background checked in order to hold my job. I have lived in Santa Barbara for over 12 years, and have had a small retail business called Acorn Organics for many years. I would be happy to work with you as one of the many things I do to contribute to the Santa Barbara community.
