FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a variety of packages to fit whatever a client's needs are. After the initial consultation, more will be known on what package will work best for a client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin a new client's fitness training experience with a complimentary one hour health and fitness consultation. During this the client and I will discuss in depth what what their goals are, as well as other various elements of their lifestyle. This helps to truly get to know the client, and individualize a program specific to their needs and wants. After that, we get to work. The client will learn how to resistance train during our sessions, but also learn how to improve all the other elements of their lifestyle. Nutrition, stress management, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance will all be addressed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree of Science in Exercise Physiology, and a minor in Nutrition. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as a Certified Speed & Agility Coach.
