Introduction
Hi my name is Simone! I am a personal trainer and yoga instructor based in Santa Barbara. I love all things fitness and wellness, and am passionate about helping people make exercise a accessible part of their daily lives. I love to get creative with outdoor workouts using body weight, and limited props such as dumbbells and resistance bands. I have worked with a diverse range of people with differing goals, fitness levels, and experience with exercise. I take a one of approach, customizing the exercise regime to the individual. I am also a certified yoga instructor, and love incorporating stretching and mobility work into a strength/cardio routine to keep you balanced and prevent injury.

Simone is very kind and knowledgeable. I enjoy the variety of new and exercises I learn and practice with her, targeting muscles that are often overlooked. She blends her style with personal training and yoga knowledge. She has a gentle and supportive style that I appreciate. Working out with her is always a treat for my day.

Simone is passionate about providing high quality training for her clients. I especially appreciate the range of exercises she is knowledgeable about. She’s kept my workouts engaging and challenging with a mix of body weight exercises, weight training, as well as yoga. I always appreciate the enthusiasm she brings to trainings, which motivates me on tougher days.

Simone is my new favorite trainer! She really listened to what I wanted to accomplish with a workout regimen and uses her expertise to craft custom routines that are perfect for me. Her energy is balanced with the right amount or push to get me into and through tough sequences, and I really appreciate her mix of professionalism and on-trend exercises/style. Highly recommend her!

Working with Simone has been a great experience. I wanted to find someone who could help me reach my goals in rock climbing with a supplemental training plan (i.e strength AND flexibility). Simone integrated both strength training with flexibility - via her yoga and sculpt background - and I have seen it work. Over that span I progressed through multiple grade classifications of climbing at an elite level. If you are an athlete looking to push yourself to reach whatever goal you set, I highly recommend working with Simone. I should say.. she also can adapt - my IT bands and hamstrings always over compensate.. so I have a very hard time with standard leg days. She was able to get creative to target the muscles we wanted to engage without me pulling those. Go for it - you'll be psyched.
