- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The service call which includes the diagnostics is $70, and it's fully waived if you decide to go ahead with the repair. We always give the best price that we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask information about the appliance that failed (pictures of the manufacturer name and model number are always helpful), give pricing information and then set a Date to go fix it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are experienced professionals, most of us have a master's degree.
