They were incredible. They work so hard to fit all of our items into the trailer for a cross country move, being very aware of different items that needed special packing, and eventually it all fit together like a perfect Tetris-like configuration! My husband said that Santos and his partner were incredibly hard working and focused and we would hire them all over again! Thank you so much for taking on our job!!

Working with Steve and Albion was very easy. Steve was responsive, his quote was accurate, and the actual move was quite easy. I have moved quite a lot over the years, mostly corporate cross country moves. This was the first move that I didn't have to worry over. Steve's understated and no-nonsense approach gave me assurance that I was being taken care of in the most professional manner. This is the best moving company in the Bay area. They are AWESOME! Really cannot say enough about the service, expertise, and care. Having moved three years in a row now, my husband and I consider ourselves to be experienced movers. This is our second time using Smart Move, and we will not use anyone else. Compared to other moving companies here are some notable differences that you can expect when you hire Smart Move: -Wardrobe Boxes (SO key for easily moving your closet! They bring the wardrobe boxes on the day of your move and load your hangers onto the rod. Simple, easy, and not something all moving companies provide. -Speed (These guys are SO efficient!) -Shrink Wrap (Free, they wrapped all my furniture in it and blankets) -Cleanliness and Care (Really cannot say enough about the care that the crew takes in all of your belongings. I've never felt like I need to say a word about fragile items or boxes, because the team takes such pride!) -Friendliness (Need I say more? The teams have always been so friendly and earnestly desire to get everything situated EXACTLY where you want it!) I highly recommend Smart Move ! You won't be disappointed!

The team was late due to another move going late, but they communicated well with us about their delay. Only issue we had was that the estimate given was 3 hours and it was closer to 6 hours. I would have liked to have spoken to someone at the company ahead of time to get a better estimate and adjust our budget ahead of time. Overall, the movers were very nice and professional. We would consider hiring Willow Glen again.

I have moved multiple times from cross town to cross-country and cross-oceans. Considering all of those, this was the most seamless, efficient and great value move. Jose and his team were organized and his man, Juan, who drove my items directly for over 16+ hours was incredibly responsible, considerate and took true care of my items as well as looking after the boxes that they took away. I highly recommend White Red Moving & Storage. I had Jose come out for an on site inspection and he over-delivered on his promises from keeping my items packed well and safe to just being punctual ... even in hard SF traffic. Don't look elsewhere if you're considering a moving company. You will not be disappointed.

I used MyMove to move from San Francisco to NYC last month. Richard was extremely helpful and took a detailed inventory of everything I had. The price he quoted me was the price I paid when my stuff was delivered. Honest company, and punctual! If I have another cross country move I will definitely use MyMove again!

Wendy was very promt in all responses and kept me updated on the timing of the movers the day off. The movers worked super efficiently and we were just overall pleased with the experience for the rate.
