Introduction: Hello My name is Judy, and I have been a trainer for 20 years with Accessible fitness. I understand and can empathize what It takes to work hard toward reaching your fitness goals. In my younger years, I didn't realize that getting fit is mostly about 75-80% nutrition combine with weight resistance training to build muscles in order to reduce body fat and lose weight. I wanted to learn more, which lead me on my path to become a trainer. My focus and style of training are as follows: *Weight loss *Weight training for toning & build muscles *Prenatal & Postnatal training *Rehab training for back, shoulders, & knees *Nutrition plan guideline My goal is to motivate and teach you the correct exercise form, to prevent injuries in order to reach your fitness goals with confidence. I am available for training at public outdoors, private gym and virtual training as well. I look forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Thank you

I have a great experience getting trained with Judy. The best thing I like is the variety in the workout. The way Judy planned our workout, me and my my wife always excited about the workout day. We already started seeing results. Besides that Judy has a vast knowledge in everything to do fitness and nutrition. She is a great trainer and I highly recommend her.

It’s been great working with Judy, I felt stronger and tighter after just a few sessions. What I appreciate most is that she can adjust workouts on the fly, she’s flexible with my schedule and is knowledgeable about injuries and how to work around them. I also like that we workout at different places like the park etc... it’s nice to get out and use benches and trees to change up the routine. I would recommend Judy to anyone looking for a great, kind, knowledgeable but tough trainer!

Judy is the epitome of an excellent trainer. I just started training with her recently, however I am already beginning to see results. Not only is she extremely knowledgable in all aspects of fitness, she has boundless amounts of patience and never fails to push me beyond my capabilities during our sessions. It worries me how easily she can make me break a sweat using my own body weight or the simplest pieces of gym equipment. In addition to personalized workouts, Judy stresses the importance of good nutrition. And while she has a basic meal-plan for optimal results, she also makes recommendations based on your lifestyle and pre-existing eating habits. Beyond that, Judy is just an overall a great person. I never feel judged when working out or trying something new (even at the end of a set and my arms feel like jello), her contagious positive-spirit and constant motivation keeps me going. Great trainer that actually cares about their clients. In the past I have hired physical trainers that have failed to improve my physical fitness while acknowledging my history of a herniated disc. Sometimes I would have to cut my training session short because these back problems would affect my workout and the trainers had no alternative training for me, thus causing me to have no interest in exercising. With Judy, she really progresses your training, challenges your body limits while keeping you injury free. Every session is always different but very fitness goal oriented, which makes exercising fun. Before training with Judy I was running a 9:00 minute mile pace, but training with Judy for just a few sessions I’m currently at a 6:45 minute mile pace and still improving.
