Introduction: Hello
My name is Judy, and I have been a trainer for 21 years with formerly Accessible Fitness, now Precise Fitness by Judy.
I understand and can empathize what It takes to work hard toward reaching your fitness goals.
In my younger years, I didn't realize that getting fit is mostly about 75-80% nutrition combine with weight resistance to build muscles in order to reduce body fat and lose weight.
I wanted to learn more, which lead me on my path to become a trainer.
My focus and style of training are as follows:
*Weight loss
*Weight training for toning & build muscles
*Prenatal & Postnatal training
*Rehab training for back, shoulders, & knees
*Nutrition plan guideline
My goal is to motivate and teach you the correct exercise form, to prevent injuries in order to reach your fitness goals with confidence.
I am available for training at public outdoors, home private gym and virtual training as well.
Also, I am fully vaccinated and can provide proof. I am only training clients that are vaccinated.
