- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is simple. 1/2 Hour Personal Training Sessions 1 Hour Personal Training Sessions I have 3 different packages for each either 1/2 or 1 hour personal training sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to a client's goals and explaining in detail how we will achieve their goals. The next step is evaluating a new client's upper, lower, and core strength is crucial. Each individual client has their own starting place. Nobody starts at the same place. Evaluating a client allows me to know where we will start. Explaining in detail about nutrition, cardio regiments, and off day workouts is crucial.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently attend for Kinesiology, the study of the body and it's movements, as well as nutrition. I also attend workshops pertaining nutrition and personal training almost every month to update my knowledge.
