It is without hesitation that I would recommend Zenplace. Zenplace Property Management listed our townhome for rent and made the whole process go by with absolute ease. I believe Zenplace found qualified tenants within 10 days of listing the property. Zenplace’s team took care of all the showings, paperwork, & background checks, associated with the leasing of our townhome. Till this day I can't get over how easy the process was. David manages a rental property for me in Portola Valley. In my experience, he is knowledgeable, responsive and extremely competent. He provides a much higher level of service than our former property manager for a smaller commission. He has been especially helpful in getting high quality repairs done to our property (new kitchen floor and porch) at reasonable price. The previous manager had a lot of difficulty finding anyone to give us estimates.

I moved for my job and left my property to OneRent for rental income. And then I had to fire them because of their poor performance and lack of communication. The transition was challenging not only because I was away, but also because OneRent won't cooperate. Dana (the founder) was very patient & professional to handle all the issues and bring everything back into normal. While I was struggling with OneRent, I missed the chance to rent out my place, but she was able to find a good tenant after 3 showings. There are a bit of work involved - filling a few forms and so on. But these are the things that any landlord would like to be involved or at least wants to know. There is absolute transparency in the process and the fee is substantially low. Most of all, Dana is very knowledgeable and fantastic at handling the issues. One more thing - not sure if OneRent was trying to rip me off or if the price with Hemlane experts are reasonable. In any case, I got two quotes from these two property managers for the same job and Hemlane’s quote is 40% lower than OneRent. In all, I highly recommend hiring Hemlane - it is good to know what’s going on and my property manager has my back.

After disappointing experiences with two previous property managers who did not fulfill their promises, it's great to have a property manager who lives up to expectations and does everything that he says he will do. Jonathan Fleming found a new tenant for my vacant condo within a month after I hired him, at a rent over 50% more than what my previous tenant had paid. Jonathan and his staff always respond quickly to my questions. The people he hires for repairs, remodeling and house cleaning all do a first rate job. I'm completely satisfied with the quality of service that have received from Openworld Properties and I have already recommended them to a friend.

They handle our SF rentals and do great work - always very responsive, thoughtful and great advice. In emergencies, they can be counted on to take care of everything! They handled everything to do with an insurance claim for water leakage in our unit from a unit upstairs. The tenants had to move out for awhile but Josh Hill got the insurance appraisals done and contractors in quickly and even over the holidays. Truly a take-charge attitude and over the top effort! We are so appreciative for the support and service from William Hill Property Management and Leasing.

We were referred to Geoffrey by friend and current client of his Superior Property Management. We have a three-bedroom condo in San Jose that was being managed by another company. We had nothing but repairs and tenant complaints. Geoffrey and his team took the property over and conducted a smooth transition from the other company. MSB Property Management took over the property I live in earlier this year. My experience with them has been great. I love their online payment system and I love being able to submit my maintenance requests online too, it makes my life so much easier. Every time I have an issue they’re on it! Last week my kitchen sink backed up which is no good because I was having people over and needed to be able to cook, they had it repaired that same day. They’re so personable, and even followed up with me the next day to make sure the plumber they hired took care of me properly. I also think it’s cool that they asked their tenants to review them. They care about us. I’ve had bad experiences in other apartments in the past, but Nik is so attentive I will be here for a VERY long time.

To whom it may concern: We are very pleased with Doji and his team at Real Property Management. They have managed our rental property since 2009. They are great communicators, and easy to work with. We were very impressed with how fast they locate well qualified tenants. They do extensive background checks and numerous interviews with previous landlords. They are also well versed in rental comps for the area and will get you top dollar in monthly rent. If something needs to be repaired, we are notified immediately and Doji’s team coordinates everything, with licensed and insured contractors. Their bids are more reasonable than what we are accustom to paying and the workmanship is excellent. In regards to the monthly reporting and collecting the rent, we are pleased with how fast the rent is deposited into the checking account. Their fees are reasonable and competitive, with no hidden surprises like some Property Management Companies. In summary we truly recommend Property Management Mid Peninsula.
