They provided very fair and competitive pricing for both a repair and a full replacement. After weighing the options, we decided to go with a new unit.The team scheduled the installation as soon as possible, and the actual install process was incredibly smooth. We did hit a small snag when a circuit breaker tripped, but it turned out to be an issue with our old breaker rather than the new furnace. Despite it being an existing electrical issue, Konstantin and Ilya offered to come back the very next day. They replaced the faulty breaker and made sure everything was functioning perfectlyall at no extra charge!I really appreciate their honesty, the quality of their work, and their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would have given him 5 stars if it wasn't for his punctuality and lack of updates. I had to enquire about the status of the part order and had to wait for 45 mins on the day of the repair. I contacted Majestic Heating and Cooling, and they were able to get someone out the very next day. Ahmad came out and quickly determined the issue, which required a new compressor family motor. They got the parts the following day and came out to perform the repair the day after. Even though the job before ours took longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, Ahmad still came out as promised, despite the lateness of the hour. Much appreciated! He went above and beyond to ensure we didn't go another day without a working A/C system. I found Majestic to be first-rate, professional, and extremely responsive.
