It was great fun training with Jared. My goal was to lose weight and be able to independently workout after training with him. In just 10 workout sessions with Jared I lost over 10lbs, started to look better in shape, can fit into my clothes that I haven’t able to for a while. Since he noted down everything for me, I can certainly workout independently now. It was his motivation and encouragement that has helped me get fitter, stronger, healthier. I would definitely recommend training with him.
Mo is the man! If you are looking to reach your fitness goals, do a couple sessions with Mo... you wont regret it. Personal progress from working with Mo for a couple weeks: Bench 185 -> 225 Squat 225 -> 285 Deadlift 265 -> 350 Pullups 15 -> 28 Pushups 35 -> 52 You WILL work hard, you WILL push your limits, and you WILL succeed. On a personal note, Mo is a great dude. Genuine, hilarious, and motivating (sometimes even philosophical). I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mo and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals.
I was in her speech class at Annandale High School. One of the best things about her is that she is organized. She is really motivating and encourages students to work to the best of their ability. She is very helpful and is a great communicator.
Jeremy is great. He trained me at the boxing gym where I was a member. He had a variety of routines. So I was never bored. He always presented me with a challenge to keep me fit. He was very motivating and had a positive attitude. He was fun to work with. He kept records of my progress and kept track of my eating habits. I would recommend him to everyone to work with if you want results and have fun getting there.
Dada is a very inspiring speaker. His wisdom and years of honed experience shine through in his authentic style. I will definitely be inviting Dada for more speaking engagements and highly recommend him.
Very engaging speaker. If you are able to hear him speak you will be better for it. He delivers a message that is good for all. He encouraged all of our students and staff to be the best that we can be. I personally felt more peaceful after hearing him speak. I now remember to "walk with beauty" in all directions. He also brought his personal instruments with him. The students all listened and were respectful to him. You know he is a good speaker if he can keep a gym full of middle schoolers listening... And he did. :)
Terry is a brilliant facilitator. She brings energy and life to any group she leads. I participated in a team building she lead and 30 people were engaged, excited and involved. As a coach, she gave me gentle pushes towards my goals and helped me identify what I really needed to accomplish. I felt comfortable with her and motivated to use her tools to better my career and my life.
Zhanna is a very pleasant and warm person to work with. She has a great personality and always willing to help others. She has been a frequent speaker at CSIX CONNECT and has received very high evaluation score from our attendees. Hamid Founder, CSIX CONNECT
I know Pratibha for more than three years. She is a very nice, caring, and positive person. She helped me to choose a career, and motivated me to go back to school. She is very passionate about pranayama and Sankhya philosophy . She is a very knowledgable person.
Katie is an amazing coach with a very unique gift that truly shined throughout the entire coaching process. Trust is key in any relationship, but it was specifically critical to me in our coaching relationship because I needed to feel comfortable enough to share my life experiences, challenges and dreams in their rawest form, without feeling judged. Katie is so authentic and open-minded. It was easy for us to establish a relationship of trust and authenticity at our very first session, where she clearly defined her role as the coach, and demonstrated a genuine interest in my own expectations of our relationship. I found that the most powerful part of the coaching process was drawing energy and strength from the proudest and happiest moments of my life, to overcome today's challenges, and silence the inner saboteur that tells me I'm inadequate. Katie's creativity is not only contagious, it's unmatched. She is a divergent thinker and has helped me to discover the universe of possibilities within my reach. Katie has helped me to re-purpose my life with renewed vigor and credence in my ability to break through the glass ceilings I've lived under for so long. She is an absolute gem and I highly recommend her for personal and leadership development coaching.
Fred is a dynamic speaker. He shares his Cancer experience with compassionate humor -- the doctors, the process and the insurance companies all get equal billing! Fred keeps the audience engaged and everyone really enjoys themselves thru the laughter and the tears. He definitely was a bright light during our ACS: Relay for Life event.
She is a pleasure to have! A great speaker and really connects with the audience. Not only that, but she is excellent to coordinate with! Thanks Reema!
Working with Angela has been a very constructive experience. She's a visionary, with the perfect blend of knowledge and presentation skills. This makes her a versatile trainer and a talented Speaker, who loves to engage her audience with real life scenarios and examples making sure her message is loud and clear. Ive always seen her take pains to respond to questions, even if she needs to research and then email her response, ensuring no attendee is left without a complete answer. She is an Ideal Educator ! She is well versed in the areas of Project Management, Computer System Validation, 21 CFR and the general regulatory arena. Personally, Ms. Bazigos is also an extremely hardworking, dedicated and smart professional.
When I finally found my passion and began my business I was truly excited but overwhelmed. I was starting a new chapter in my life and didn't know where to begin. I was stepping in to new territory. I know what my goals are but needed guidance on how to reach them. Finding Misa was a gift from God and every session I am inspired to do more and more. She makes it easy, one step at a time. She has transformed my public speaking ability and inspires me to be a great business woman. I relate to her and that's am amazing thing. I'm so happy to have her a part of my life because I am confident working with her will make me a more confident and amazing business woman. I would recommend her to anyone.
Brian Preetz was one of our workshop presenters for our annual citywide youth conference. The conference evaluation came back raving over Brian's workshop. The teens loved his passion and energy while learning new strategies for success. Brian has the ability to capture the attention of all he addresses and leaving them energized and committed to following their dreams. I would strongly recommend him to any organization who is looking for a speaker, presenter and/or workshop facilitator. He has a wealth of information and the ability to tailor it to the audience he is addressing with passion, and enthusiasm. Finally, dealing with Brian was amazing! He carries himself in a professional manner at all times and is explosive when he needs to be. It was a pleasure to work with him. I truly believe he was one of the reasons our youth conference was a great success this year! Thank you! City of San Jose. Youth Commission.
I started out with just a couple of in-person sessions. I liked the custom program that included stretches and low-impact strength training. Playlists were fun to dance to also, and it didn't feel like working out. Then I rolled into the 12 Week online program. The app is super easy to use and convenient. Mirella responds to my every question quickly and tweaks my plan for me, as needed. Thanks for helping me get back on track and pushing me when I needed some extra motivation ;)
Diane was very motivating and pointed me in the right direction. She helps you work through any stumbling blocks. She cares for you, mind, body, and soul.
I don't teach abstract ideas about success. I tell my personal story and teach the tested and proven principles upon which I have built my success. You've heard what success looks like, but I teach individuals and organizations about the other half of success-the nitty gritty truth of how true success is achieved. Because there's what you've heard about success, and then there's what works!
"EXCELLENT SPEAKER!!!!!!" "What an inspiration!" "Best speaker I've ever had at these conferences. She was great!!!" Event planner: "So, no Powerpoint Presentation? Do you have at least a slide show of images?" Ali: "Nope." Event Planner: "Wow, you must be a powerful speaker to not need any props." Ali: "I'd say it's more the message that's powerful enough to stand on it's own." That's from an actual conversation with an event planner and the reviews at the very top there are from that very event. I can tell you right now that I'm not the kind with her head down, glasses on, reading from and shuffling pages, there's no power point presentation or flashy imaging (other than a cool intro video). I talk the same whether it's to a friend, a customer or a room full of Harvard professors. Ok, one exception. I do dial back on the swearing in public, but other than that, spot on, Bob's yer uncle, Frieda's yer aunt and I, am "Imperfection at its Best." I tell a compelling story straight from the heart of dealing with a daunting diagnosis through humor and a silver lining standpoint, get some laughs, maybe we all wipe a tear or two and when it's done, you're less afraid of cancer (and the other things that scare us), energized and inspired. There's big applause, even bigger hugs and affirmations and a slight dragging of the feet as we part ways because we all genuinely feel connected and had such an amazing time together. Oh, and sometimes I sing. That's a unique element to my speaking engagements is (when asked) I'll perform one of my original, Americana songs. It's my way of showing appreciation to the docs who saved (and keep saving) my lungs. Another nice touch is offering attendees a keepsake of the experience. My books and music CD covers are also customizable and make an excellent memento for conference goers.
I am a former college football coach where I coached our athletes to give their best performances on every play. This resulted in our winning two conference championships. My programs make neural science fun and understandable and also includes best practices of elite performers. I teach people how to focus, how to influence what they pay attention to and how to create habits that will instinctively generate the actions necessary to reach their goals. There is a core of personal accountability and I'm known as "The Accountability Guy". I certainly build a case for the importance of taking responsibility and being the source versus going victim and blaming. I customize for every group and when hired I will ask about your goals, your systems and metrics, your KPI's, your daily activities and then your obstacles. I incorporate this into the presentation. This is an entertaining, high energy and fun presentation with immediately useful and relevant content. I can customize to any amount of time. I am the only speaker who presents like I do. No one else has the background that I have. I've worked with Nobel Prize winner Roger Sperry while I was a head football and wrestling coach at Cal Tech in Pasadena, CA. I had the opportunity to refine and simplify these techniques with Steve Mariucci, fellow assistant coach while at Cal State Fullerton. Steve is a former head coach for the San Francisco 49'ers and Detroit Lions and is now a broadcaster. I don't emphasize this unless you want me to. I also coached an Olympic Gold Medal winner in Greco Roman Wrestling, Jeff Blatnick, who won the gold in the 1984 Olympics.
