- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my career at a tender age of 15 years old. I was able to go to an adult education course threw my high school and learn the basics of cooking. from there I got into catering. Over 14 yrs ago I graduated from one of the most prestigious culinary schools in California. Soon after I started my career at the Links at Pebble Beach in Monterey. I soon realize that I would never make money working for others. I knew I was smart enough to run my own business. I worked for an Amazing Chef, who tough me jamacian French fusion. His restaurant was in the heart of down town Saratoga.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided when I was 12 yrs old that I wanted to be a chef. It was 7th grade, and I was in home economics class. I was in a group of all 8th graders and they didn't let me cook. I was the 7th grader. (The dish washer) The youngest, so I vowed I would show them some day.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs that I cater are memorial, Weddings and Holiday parties. I love catering Weddings and Any Special Event.
