Hi there, Im Sean. I've been in the fitness and health industry for 23 years now with the last 16 as a full time personal trainer. Heres a few basic rules I try to coach by: - Each person is unique. I listen first, taking in a clients own personal story, goals, past and current health habits and limitations/injuries before ever considering what may be best for a clients program. - Positivity is contagious and so is energy. We all experience stressors, and this gets heightened in todays world of cellphones, computers and driving to name a few. To help combat both physical and mental fatigue; a focus on fundamentals is necessary. - Speaking of fundamentals, practicing functional movements is often critical early on. When a foundation of good movement patterns and a clear understanding what and how to do these is set… the sky’s the limit.
