About
I have met and worked with plenty of personal trainers. Many have never been out of shape. Most were athletes for the majority of their lives. They then transitioned into training because they love exercising.
However, I have been in your shoes. I was overweight growing up. I had weighed about 140 lbs by the time I was ten years old. At my heaviest, I reached just under 280 lbs before I decided to change my life.
Even if you aren't overweight and want to build muscle, I was right where you are now, starting at zero. I remember how difficult it was to start. I can still feel the frustration I felt when the weight didn't go down, I didn't build muscle as I expected, or when I cheated on my diet.
I was able to lose weight and get stronger with some trial and error. Now I want to share that knowledge with you and get you the body you've wanted for years.
I love it when people beat their old personal records. Whether it is picking up more weight, doing more reps, or just losing an extra inch off their waistline. Although they did all the work, I can't help but be proud and excited for them. Then it's time to work again!

I was recommended by a friend who trains with Will. I'm over 60 and was told by my doctor i was losing muscle mass. My friend who trains with Will told me to give it a try.So I did and I can say within a short period of time i can see and feel changes. I also can see my balance has improved. I have my doctors appointment next month I'm excited to see how much my body has improved! All Thanks To Will Power!

Will is knowledgeable and encouraging about reaching your goals. I lost 20 lbs in a month training with Will. Every time is something new a new work out or working with a new piece of equipment which makes the training enjoyable! I highly recommend him!

Working out with Will has been a great experience for me. He changes the workout each time, and he's supportive, encouraging and fun to be around. I am a skinny woman pushing 50 and I had no idea that I would enjoy lifting weights because I'd never done it before. I very highly recommend Will!

Will is a knowledgeable trainer with a heart. He has been quick to respond and maked a proper evaluation so he could prescribe an effective program for my 88 year old brother.

We have been to several different fitness centers and have worked with many trainers over the years. Will is the first trainer that we really have enjoyed working with. He takes time to know not only us but our individual needs as well. He has carefully customized a fitness program to help strengthen our weakness areas. Will has patience and takes time to make sure we are doing the exercises correctly. We are 74 and 71 years of age and Will has given us the courage to keep us motivated and highly moble for the coming years.

FAQs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we start out with a test. Don't worry there's no studying necessary. We begin by assessing your movement. We may go over some mobility and foam rolling techniques to help correct any movement issues. Then we do a few exercises to get an idea of where we are starting out. From there on the first session is your time. We may start out with a quick workout going over some major exercises and their technique or we may talk about diet. It is up to you how we spend the time.
In the next sessions, we introduce many new exercises. You won't even do any exercises that are the same the first month of training. So there should be no worries about being bored. We will go over form and technique and see where you are while building you up. Soon, we will test you again to see how much you've improved. As you progress the exercises become more difficult. By that time you won't even remember what it was like to not be training.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading books, getting certified, and attending seminars on exercise techniques that I would like to learn more about and would be beneficial to my clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Around 2008, I found myself in a 10-month search for work. I was depressed and inactive during that time and I hadnt noticed it but I had ballooned up to 275 lbs. I decided I needed to make a change and started to workout. It was difficult. Along the way, I tried many exercise programs and diets. Many didn't work but I learned from each trial what worked best and what didn't. Now I strive to help others reach their fitness goals and find what works best for them.
