- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I service from Paso Robles to Santa Barbara with a $179 minimum (Exception of T.V. mounting for certain areas is $149)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clarifying what the client wants. If their valve for their sprinkler system needs a new gasket but they want to replace the whole thing I will do it. If they want to save money (which most of us do) I have excellent product knowledge and troubleshooting skills and will not upsale a job. Once I know what the clients wishes are I will be clear on the process, cost of materials, how long it will take and what to expect. I am working for you and look forward to satisfying your needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 Years working for The Home Depot in the Plumbing / Kitchen & Bath / Appliance Section (Great product knowledge in these areas) 4 Years working for Cal Fire as a firefighter and 2 years as a helitack firefighter. (I am a very hard worker, will maximize the hourly rate for you, I also have integrity and am very honest) Currently a small business owner servicing the Central West Coast of California and am continuing work as a handy man to fill my schedule and build handy work clientele!
