Having major plumbing issues is a stressful ordeal. I had never used Thumbtack before. I was a little reluctant because I wasn't sure if I was jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire. It was a HUGE relief to know that I didn't jump into the fire. I received an immediate response. The mannerism, professionalism, and quality of the work were amazing! I have to have more extensive work done, but I already know who will be doing the work! Thank you, Carlos, Anthony, and the crew that worked on my plumbing. The crew was extremely polite and perfect gentlemen.

Earlier jobs in the day had them running late, but the communicated well and stayed into the evening (with my permission) to finished up the work. Fixed the problem and the work has clean.
