Having major plumbing issues is a stressful ordeal. I had never used Thumbtack before. I was a little reluctant because I wasn't sure if I was jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire. It was a HUGE relief to know that I didn't jump into the fire. I received an immediate response. The mannerism, professionalism, and quality of the work were amazing!
