Carlos was amazing. We had an emergency situation at we booked them at around 2 AM for a 9-10 am job. We were surprised to see him here at that time (next day after Christmas!). He explained to us what the issue was and the fix needed. Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed. Thank you, Carlos!

Carlos installed a faucet that ended up being loose. We asked him to come back to fix it. He said he would show up the following day at 8am. He did not show up and he did not provide notice he couldn’t make it. I had to follow up with him to reschedule. He said he could come at 2 pm. He didn’t. He then later claimed he could show up after 5 or the morning after. I told him to forget about the project because I lost confidence.
