Ines was very responsive and was always available if I needed to speak with him on something and he was able to get the demolition job done in the time that he estimated at a very reasonable price. The job was demo on a big 4600 sqft warehouse and even though we ran into some snags initially on getting a dumpster to get rid of the debris, Ines was able to get that handled very quickly and smoothly. He was also always on-time/early which is very important to me. Thanks Ines!
This one-day poject involved removal of dirt, broken cement, and Palos Verdes stone, in addition to demolition of concrete and bricks steps. They were very hard workers, thorough, and cleaned up at the job completion. Bid was very competitive; they are a very reliable firm. Would definitely use them again.
Great work and crews were clean and fast. Already referred a family member and they're very happy as well.
Brinson did a great job doing my demolition, he has a great attitude, a small guy with a big heart and passion for what he is doing. I highly recommend Brinson, two thumbs up.
Ron is an OUTSTANDING contractor, probably one of the best GC's around! Whether it's a mini project or major renovation, he has a great ability to handle both and would highly recommend his company ! What's more, is his amazing and friendly crew of which we have truly enjoyed working with. As Ron had stated in his profile, experience does count and do find this to be very true!
I jest did my room addition, kitchen and back yard renovation with Eden development and we are really happy . They did beautiful work and on time with the price that was 15% under other contractors price . Recommend to everyone
I’ve dealt with many contractors on several projects and J&J Conception is one of the best.
I had a previous bad experience with a plumber, and decided to find a more scrupulous person to fix the half-done job. I decided to try out thumbtack, and posted a brief description of the work. Joel was the first of 5 plumbers to reply within the hour. Joel showed up the morning of the job with another employee and reviewed my plumbing issue in detail before going into the crawl space with his associate to double check the situation. He came back out, described the problem, offered short and long term solutions, and we agreed on which route to take. He assigned the work to his employee, and the work was completed in a couple hours. Although he was not the cheapest of those plumbers who replied, I did feel that Joel provided a reasonable price for the work, had great communication, and his employee also had all the necessary parts for the job in his van (eliminating the need to run down to Home Depot or Lowes for parts). Joel's employee was hard-working and he also provided me with before and after photos of the work completed. I am inclined to seek him out again for future home improvement projects (bathroom remodel, roofing).
Scott was great to work with, he gave me suggestions that helped me to decide just what I wanted done. Scott is a hands on contractor and did most of the work himself. He drove to a previous job site so I could visually see what I was getting. I decided on a diamond pattern with broom brush in in different directions and a boarder around the edge of the driveway. The effect was assume, by using this pattern it gave the driveway the look of using different shades of concrete(no color was used). this is by far the best looking driveway in the neighborhood. his workmanship added many more dollars in value to my home. thank-you Scott. Dan Ross a happy home owner.
My project consisted of a complete demolition of the my master bathroom. Abel from G-Rex Services takes pride in his work. I was pleased with his work and highly recommend him to other people.
He is very friendly, economical and punctual. I will definitely hire him for any future projects as I came to know he is not just a dry wall contractor but a general contract too. Very happy with his work.
Sam stroke me as well educated pro, who can handle my multi specialty, full of details project. He is I'm currently negotiating the contract details, like time frame, included/excluded materials, number of workers performing at the same time, but different areas and expertise, price by areas, price in total, tax amount associated with the project total and etc. Sam us flexible, knowledgeable and patient with me. I appreciate his involvement and will be posting more comments and pictures of the progress. You can expect a sincere narrotive report of contractor who will perform drywall installation, painting, electrical work, plumbing, room addition, water heater transition from reg. to thankless, closet addition, new kitchen installation, quartz countertops fabricating and installation, new bathroom mosaic tile throughout, multiple vanities installation, new doors with casings and moldings, hardwood floors installation, custom hardwood staircase installation/renovation with many details and many other details.... It's too early for me to recommend him to others yet, but I will follow up on Thumbtack and other multimedia networks...
Rafael is a good contractor. Like any job there are ups and downs especially when you literally gut the inside of your house and take on the demolition and painting yourself. Rafael was great at guiding us through that process. Now that I have worked with the team I see some of the reviews are from workers on his team. For architecture drawings Srjdana was helpful. I was promised design services which did not happen and definitely learned to put more details in my contract to really understand everything that is included within the allowance including square footage. I would naturally go over because that is my taste but also wasn't always aware when I was going over. The team who did our hardwood floors restoration was amazing and it is one of my favorite things in the house. His subcontractor for our kitchen cupboards did an amazing job and great quality. We had glass tiles done in our master bedroom and the worker on that project made the shower look beautiful (another favorite room). Overall I would work with Rafael again. He is a straight shooter but I would maybe pick a few of his project managers differently.
Daniel is the friendliest, most honest, cost effective contractor I have ever worked with. The quality of the work is excellent. And all his crew are all very wonderful as well
Eduardo and his workers showed up on time, made proper assessments, and within 2 days the Bamboo floor looked new again. Lopez Hardwoodfloor demonstrated expertise that surpassed other contractors who had refused to sand deep scratches on a Bamboo floor. We are very pleased.
