The cleaning was done. I believe because I booked a deep clean, I was kinda expecting a DEEP clean. Not just hitting or checking off a list of stuff that needs to be done but going above and beyond on the cleaning and I don’t think we full go to see that. Communication was a 5/5. My cleaner was 20mins late. It was communicated the morning of.
