The cleaning was done. I believe because I booked a deep clean, I was kinda expecting a DEEP clean. Not just hitting or checking off a list of stuff that needs to be done but going above and beyond on the cleaning and I don’t think we full go to see that. Communication was a 5/5. My cleaner was 20mins late. It was communicated the morning of.

Our pricing depends on the size and condition of the property, as well as the type of cleaning requested. We provide upfront pricing with no hidden fees. We also offer discounts for recurring cleanings and returning customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by learning about your home and cleaning needs. After providing a quote, we schedule a convenient appointment. Our professional cleaner arrives on time, completes the service thoroughly, and we follow up to make sure you're happy with the results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have hands-on experience with residential and move-in/move-out cleanings. They are trained to follow detailed cleaning checklists, use proper cleaning techniques, and pay close attention to every detail.
