Showed up late with no equipment. Just a few regular cleaning products in a plastic bag. Asked if I had a broom and if “he needs to mop” when hired for a cleaning service?
I asked him to leave because his equipment and questions didn’t meet my expectations, or give me confidence in the service. He then charged me a non-disclosed cancellation fee. I paid it just to get him to leave my house.
