- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to have what I call a 50-minute complimentary "Discovery Session" with my potential clients to make sure I understand their needs from their perspective as much as possible and to make sure we are a good fit. If not, I have a very esteemed community of coaches I can refer potential clients too.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
People have always come to me with health and wellness questions. I decided to focus on wellness and life coaching when I discovered that coaching helped my clients get much better results than in person training or giving health advice.
