I moved into a place with significantly less storage space than I'd had, plus I moved my office into my home, and I made a commitment to not spend $300/month on a large storage unit, but found myself living in a heap of boxes, unable to find things. I knew that I would need to discard, donate, and efficiently organize belongings I'd gathered over decades, but I was slightly injured from the move, exhausted, overwhelmed and immobilized. Then came Jill!! She was warm, friendly, listened to exactly what I what I needed, and once she understood, she went to work! The best way to understand way she works, would be to watch a video of a hurricane in reverse. Words can't express the gratitude and peace I feel after working with her. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can work hourly or we can look at the project and decide on a flat rate. Large closet $150-300 Garage $1000. It all depends on the amount of clutter and time a project might take.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll come see the project and we will talk about your goals and stresses/ concerns. We will make a plan and I’ll estimate the hours for the project or we will decide on a flat rate. We will then schedule a start date and begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained a Professional Organizer Certificate from IAP College and I have a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Antioch.
