I love working with Olivia! She’s super knowledgable about exercise, specifically working through exercises based off of my lifestyle and fitness goals. She set up a program for me that helped me jumpstart my fitness routine and it’s super flexible depending on my schedule.

Olivia and I have been training together for over four years. She is punctual and very knowledgeable about proper nutrition and exercise physiology.
