She has done a good job repairing grout, caulking, and locating drain issues that cause tile discoloration. She can do spot repairs and larger projects. She presents the different courses of action and lets you decide which is best for you.

She performed installation and repair of several kinds of tile in my home, including floors, walls, and countertops. She is very skilled at this, and is very meticulous, punctual and efficient. She is excellent at matching colors of faded, discolored grout when replacing tiles. I give her my top rating!

She managed to get the grout and tile clean again.
Beautiful job done well and it was a pleasure having her
in my home.
The new marble threshold she installed looks wonderful as well.

Nancy is exactly what I was looking for to help with a persistant mold/mildew issue in a shower stall. I interviewed/met with a few tile "specialists" and the thing that stood out about Nancy was her interest in getting at the cause of the problem, not just trying to come up with a quick fix. Her meticulous knowledge of her craft allowed her to come up with a different approach than the others. She was easy to communicate with and did a great job of explaining what she was doing so I could better understand how this problem happened. She did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. She is rock solid and will not disappoint. I endorse her with the highest regards. If you are looking to get to the root of a tile issue, solved in a sustainable manner, then Nancy is the the one for the job.
