Oleg is my a first yoga teacher in my life. Being first is not easy, as the first teacher depends on many things . The most important is if a student will like the subject . Thanks to him , I became interested and began practicing yoga. Very interesting to see how my body is changing, how start to be more flexible and strong. I learned how to do fantastic things for myself, I thought I would never do. For example as a handstand or headstand. These things are not easy to start doing, because there is always a possibility not to keep balance and possibility to fall. This can only be done if you trust your teacher. Oleg is a teacher which I trust my body and time. He is professional, I am proud that he introduced me the magical world of yoga

Through his extensive knowledge and many years of experience, Oleg has transformed my understanding of yoga through his teachings. With amazing patients, a deep understanding of the body/mind and precise explanation, Oleg's teaching and personal practice exemplifies a truly authentic yoga practice. Attending Oleg's classes you really will notice the the effects of his attention to detail, guiding you through each movement to correctly position each part of your body to smoothly transition from pose to pose, while reminding you to correlate each movement with your breath. This is something I have always felt most teacher lack, a proper explanation of the important details when flowing through each pose, and a constant reminder to breath properly with your movements. His classes are always a great combination of mindful teachings, breathing, balancing, muscle engaging and strengthening your core and spine, and his experience ranges from beginning levels to the most advanced. If you are looking for a new and informative experience with your yoga practice, Oleg Flow is definitely the teacher you are looking for!

I invited him to lead a 3 days workshop at my studio in Sayulita. The whole experience was far beyond my expectations. I worked with many yoga teachers before and I can say Oleg is a TOP 5. A true yogi, he teaches from his own experience and practice. And his skills and knowledge are outstanding. I can't wait to train with Oleg again
