Introduction: I have many many years of knowledge and education and continued education to help people heal.I can teach in my studio or if requested I can drive to a students home.
I help people, I show them that there is hope and healing can take place !!I have had more trauma in my life than most so I can see differently than most!I see what it takes to get from here to there. I am extremely educated in yoga therapy, ayurveda, philosophy and life coaching.I spent 25 years studying before I decided to teach and help others. Truthfully it was a calling, not how I thought I would spend my life.
