- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I come at a budget as I charge by job on most everything. Only per hour work is photography. I do give a 10% discount for any old tech that you want to donate. One per visit and can even be broken. No questions asked about its condition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I greet myself and ask what issues they are having. From there, I assess what the issue is and what the cost of repair would be and I'm honest about pricing. Before taking any step, I ask the customer if they are okay with it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All experience was from tinkering and doing similar work since 2007 as a side gig while in school.
