We provide transparent and fair pricing from start to finish. All estimates are clear and detailed, so you know exactly what to expect. If anything unexpected comes up during the project that falls outside the original scope, we work closely with you to address it and provide updated change orders or revised estimates. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident that every dollar is spent wisely while delivering high-quality, lasting results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by listening carefully to understand their goals and needs for the project. From there, we provide a detailed estimate, outlining the scope of work, the timeline and any important details. Once the project begins, we maintain open communication throughout, keeping you updated on progress and any adjustments that may come up. Our focus is on making the process smooth, transparent, and tailored to your vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Junior holds a California General B Contractor’s License, which requires extensive construction knowledge, hands-on experience, and a proven track record of managing residential building projects safely and effectively. In addition, Mariana holds her California real estate license, giving our team a strong understanding of property value, market needs, and how renovations can improve both functionality and long-term ROI.
