- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system; as each home is different. I need to see the home and assess the amount of furnishings needed in order to structure a staging bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Traditionally I go to the property to meet the seller and tell them a little about myself and answer any questions they might have. I take notes and photos, then I get back to the seller with my complimentary proposal for staging. My bids are always negotiable in order to make staging affordable for the seller. I only require the first month as a minimum requirement for staging.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by the official creator of Home Staging, Barb Schwartz. I earned my accreditation in 2004.
