Amber has been phenomenal. We have a large vacation rental property and have worked with several cleaners over the years, ranging from individuals to larger firms specializing in rentals. Out of all of these Amber is the best. She communicates effectively, using phone, e-mail, texts and pictures when she has questions. She does not hesitate to offer up her own ideas about things that need to get done, and she takes the initiative to make improvements. She has accommodated difficult schedule changes from us, and has kept us informed and in the loop when she has needed to make changes.

Actually we only have experience with Mr. Valero and his small and personal agency in its capacity highly professional and responsive Property Managers, (not as a Real Estate brokers) but we would strongly recommend the firm if your looking for first-rate knowledge of the West Contra Costa County market -- buying, selling or investing.
