FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive with pricing but I like to compare our work to haircuts. You can get a $20 haircut and you may love that haircut and it could be exactly what you need. Or, you may hate that $20 hair cut, need to wait for it to grow back out, and then get it fixed by a professional. We are the professional that you call for either doing it right the first time, or fixing a hacked haircut on your trees. We may not be the $20 haircut, but we try to come as close as we can and the level of service we provide makes it worth it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Jeff will come out, do a personal estimate for you, ask questions, listen to what you need, and give recommendations. He will write you up a proposal on the spot, let you know when we are next available, and happily book the job for you. If you need time to decide, of course you can do that too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jeff is a third generation arborist and has been working for his dad in Cincinnati his whole life. He made the move out to California in 2014 and has been growing his business ever since.
