Kyle has been been an amazing piano teacher. He emphasizes the story and emotions behind each song while also teaching me the chords and harmonies of them. I always thought I had a bad sense of rhythm, but he gave me the confidence to work out new ones on my own.
One thing I particularly noticed is how well he pin-points and quickly adapts to different learning styles. I'm very much a language based learner, anything mathematical pretty much doesn't click with how my brain is wired. Kyle noticed this without me really needing to say much of anything and shifted to approaching music as a way of communicating with others. It was incredible how quickly that change in perspective helped everything "click".
I seriously cannot recommend this guy enough, he's both personable and skilled at his craft. I'm happy to give him a positive review. Teaching is very much a skill and having met Kyle I can tell that he has worked hard at his trade. You will reach your goals if you hire him, just remember to practice too!

Kyle is an excellent piano teacher who will work with you to achieve your goals, whether you'd just want to learn some basic techniques to get into it as a hobby or become a great pianist performer. He always has your progress in mind, and if you get bored, ask him to do a magic trick or a sarcastic joke.
