It is my pleasure to recommend Ann Cramer for any position requiring a person who is intelligent, organized, efficient, energetic, flexible, proactive, conscientious, honest, patient, caring and reliable. I have known Ann for over a year in her capacity as one of two primary assistants/caregivers for my elderly mother. Aside from her regular duties of caring for my mom, Ann has taken it upon herself to completely organize my mom's household, no small task and one that many others before her have tried, but failed to accomplish. Before Ann organized files, closets, and documented systems, the household was chaotic and there was no coordination amongst the many players involved in my moms care. Anns newly created systems are easy to maintain and provide a clear method of communicating expectations and resources to rotating weekend and agency caregivers. Ann would be an excellent organizational or executive assistant to any individual or organization and I highly recommend her.

Ann is professional, kind, and very good at sifting through chaos and organizing things in an orderly, practical manner. I hired Ann to help me organize several areas of my house-- closets, my kitchen, a big area that turned into a junk pile. Nothing daunted her and she made my home look orderly and clean. In the process I was able to recycle old papers and donate several bags of stuff to charity. Another great thing about Ann is that she helped me make decisions about things that made me stop in my tracks when facing them on my own in the past. I highly recommend Ann for any organizing, clutter clearing project that you have-- she is wonderful.

I Charge $30 an Hour. So I need to look at the job to estimate the cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them see the project , estimate what it might take and see what supplies we might need. Discuss if they want to be present while I work or just give me instruction have me do it. Set dates to begin.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love making other peoples life easier and the joy they get from new time they can enjoy.
