- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are quite reasonable. The preliminary Skype meeting is free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and ask preliminary questions. After knowing your needs, I suggest various ways we will handle the learning process. We have choices in textbooks, online sources, topics, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have English and Spanish single subject credentials at the secondary level. I also obtained a bilingual/cross-cultural multi-subject credential by studying language acquisition, and how to teach it. Furthermore, I have permission to teach basic subjects at the junior college level. (Je parle francais, aussi.) My resume is available at the time we begin to know each other.
