FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sessions that require me to travel out to your location are based on packaged sessions: single sessions, five, and ten session packs and most sessions are 55-minutes in length. If you are looking for training sessions indoors, I have access to a sports performance studio in Westlake and luxury boutique studio in Beverely Grove.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to have a diagnostic assessment that may include table tests and technology-based tests on top of field tests (based on location). The initial intake is not necessarily a workout, but has elements of movement efficiency and performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've accumulated two masters degrees in Exercise Science (Wellness & Fitness and Strength & Conditioning) from CALU & ECU (Australian University). On top of those academic accompishments, I also hold NASM CES & PES certifications. My work experience has roots in NYC where I was a personal trainer, assistant manager, part-owner of a private training facility, and part of many startups. I also have internship experiences from Cressey Sport Performance-MA (elite baseball facility) and many other facilities.
