Training with Manuk has been an excellent experience. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in his clients’ progress. It has been such an amazing experience working with Manuk! He is extremely kind, motivating and I’ve already learned so much about not only fitness, but my body and what my muscles are truly doing when exercising, and why, during each workout! As someone new to private training, the experience feels a lot more intentional and well rounded when also learning these things that I would never think about when working out alone in the past. Manuk is also extremely involved in the progress both in and out the gym(when referencing the nutrition portion), which I think is a testament to his character / care for his clients. And not that numbers matter - but in just our first two weeks I have seen more than a third off of what my initial weight loss goal is! All that to say, I’d recommend him to anyone!

(Online training) Manuk was a great online trainer/coach. We had weekly follow ups and tracked my progress. We only trained for about 2 months but I did make progress in my weight loss journey during that time but does take continued commitment. Manuk was very attentive and truly supported my goals. He was very knowledgeable and every time I had a question he supplied a very thorough explanation. Overall great coach and is there to help you reach your goals.

Manuk was great! I did 12 sessions with him and within that time I was able to start reaching some goals I had in mind. One of them being able to deadlift, which I did. He showed and informed how I would know if I’m doing it right and if I’m straining myself too much due to the weight. I feel more comfortable now to do it on my own thanks to him. His meal plan he also sent me to help me build muscle was great! It helped me keep track of my calorie intake and made the week for meal prepping so easy. Definitely will go back to him when I get the chance!
