Introduction: I became a personal trainer because I’ve been through it. At one point in my life, I was obese and struggled with bingeing with food and laziness. I didn’t know how to accomplish my goals in a healthy way. After a lot of trial and error, I found a way to keep myself healthy consistently. The truth is, there are no shortcuts and there are no gimmicks. My goal as a personal trainer is to keep my clients accountable, and to help them accept necessary changes when working towards their goals. As my client, we will plan a workout where we do different exercises to keep you excited and also FUN!! You will receive a customized program tailored to your goals, and unlike other trainers, I am accessible to you 24/7. Also, I am a massage therapist as well so if you have any problems with lower back or neck, I got you!
For training, It would be $80/ 1hr session.

Since I have been working out with Hyemin, I have not only lost weight but have gained proportional muscle. She is always kind and encouraging but also never lets me slack off. Her training style is fun and makes you feel really good about your body and abilities. I have had several personal trainers in my life and I can tell you she is the BEST of the BEST.
