Introduction: We are professionally trained to ensure buyers have the best possible first impression of the home; including room-by-room, gardens, outdoor living, and overall energy in the house. We help homeowners prepare for market, recommend service providers, shop with / for homeowners, and de-stage at no additional cost. When a home is vacant, we return 2 - 4 times a month to ensure all is as it should be. We apply our designations for Feng Shui for Staging (Steve Kodad) as well as our training from Barb Schwarz, who holds the trademark Staged Homes. We also have two licensed Realtors on staff that can list your property or work with your existing Realtor to ensure your property meets its market needs and timeline. Seeing a home transform to Market-Ready condition, selling quickly and for top-dollar. Even beautifully appointed homes can benefit from a professional stager.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Gallery Home Staging many times over this last year. I am a Realtor in Ventura County area and have my clients (sellers) hire her company for preparation and staging of their homes. I know without a doubt that using Lisa Morrison in a transaction has helped my buyers sell quicker and with more of a profit. I have always told my clients it is financially advantageous to stage their home/prepare their home for sale rather than go on the market not prepared which usually will result in numerous price reductions. We were getting ready to sell our grandfather's house but it was empty and didn't present as well as we would have liked. We hired Lisa to come in and she customized a package perfect for us and our budget and set-up the place right away. The house looked great and best of all, it sold the weekend we listed it! I'm convinced using Lisa's company helped us sell the house so quickly!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Last year all of the stagers were certified by Steve Kodad in Feng Shui for Home Staging. We also stay current with training and information available from Barb Schwarz on her Staged Homes.com site and, of course, we stay current on color and fashion trends.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I saw an opportunity to do what I love and it complimented my existing Real Estate practice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common staging's involve vacant properties, either for homeowners that are moving or for investors flipping a house.
