We hired MHB for a wedding reception for the kids. Once the festivities started, the kids were in line getting balloons twisted into all shapes and sizes. Here's the kicker - the grown ups started getting in line too. Lots of compliments for hiring her because it's all about creating a good time for guests. Worth it.

Three Little Birds Event Planning is spectacular!!! In fact, my husband and I can’t imagine our wedding day without Jessica Smith and her fabulous partner Dustin! We were blessed to have Jessica as our Day Of Coordinator for our June 14th wedding this year! From our very first meeting we knew that she was the perfect person to have in our corner. She’s amazingly detailed and highly creative. Her experience and ideas helped to make our general plan very specific and workable. And, she made sure every detail of what we wanted was executed perfectly. She even helped with our flowers… making my very beautiful bridal bouquet. We had a an amazing venue, but having to bring everything we definitely had some logistical challenges… Guests had to be shuttled to the site, and we had to changeover our room from ceremony to reception within an hour. Needless to say, everything went off without a hitch! Through the rehearsal, all of the vendor deliveries, the setup and breakdown, the coordination of our activities, interfacing with the wedding party and all of our wedding participants and guests… Jessica and her Three Little Birds were superb! I highly recommend her services! She makes magic! We loved working with her and I imagine that anyone else who works with her will love her too!

San Francisco City Hall for a wedding reception has many rules and regulations as it is a government building and requires a lot of security and supervision. In addition to that, there isn't a kitchen on site so a tent is required as well as all rental equipment. Chef Mark and his group truly went above and beyond for our event. My husband does not like seafood at all but after our tasting, he was so impressed with the fish that he even considered having the fish as his entree for our wedding. Our guests were so impressed by our appetizers and dinner. We were assured restaurant quality and I wasn't surprised when all of our guests complimented us on how delicious the food was. It was catered specifically to us and Chef Mark and Roy spent time with us discussing what we would like for ourselves and our guests. Everything was tailored specifically to our celebration and that is truly a representation of us for the night. It was more than we could have asked for. We can't thank you enough for this. My initial concern was that Mark Kearney's Group is based from LA whereas our wedding in San Francisco but the communication was always frequent and Roy was very responsive and caring about our concerns. From start to finish they always assured us that they truly wanted to make sure our special night went without any concerns and they were on our side. Our event did not go without any bumps and when I found out from our wedding coordinator that a broken stove was delivered, I just couldn't believe that Chef Mark and his crew was able to deliver such wonderful meals to our guests under such a stressful situation. It's not the events that go flawlessly that are impressive but the ones that have a lot of obstacles that are impressive. I had absolutely no idea the kind of stress that must have been involved and our coordinator only told us afterwards so we had no idea on the day of. It is truly a mark of their professionalism. The thing is, I was already so impressed with all the other details that Chef Mark went out of his way to take care of for us. He made sure that a bottle of champagne was saved for us. When appetizers came around he specifically made sure my favorite came to me directly. When he flew up for our walk through, he took the time to take a picture of my husband and me because he was excited for us. We never requested any of these, but he just did them because he cares. His execution of the night was perfect as far as I am concerned and did not go unnoticed by ALL of our other vendors. EVERYONE was very impressed and I am so incredibly grateful and thankful for him and Roy and the rest of their team. You guys are amazing and we can't thank you enough!! We love you!

We just can’t thank Zeke of Tortas 2 Die 4 for going above and beyond to make our wedding as perfect as we could have wished for! Each and every guest has commented on how delicious all of the food was, from the appetizers, aguas frescas to the dinner to the yummy coffee bar. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for handling everything and making sure everything went smoothly and perfect for us, for all of your guidance, answering all our questions and your overall help with everything! The delicious and colorful food, it was seriously a work of art! Tortas 2 Die 4 provided a spectacular experience for our guests! Everything was impressive! Ingrid was able to put together a candy table in two days for my wedding! She was very attentive, asked a lot of questions to ensure she was able to meet expectation and overall made me feel like she genuinely cared. The candy table matched the colors of my wedding perfectly and my guest enjoyed the candy and Rice Krispie treats.

Before my 55th birthday party if someone had asked me what was the best day of your life, I probably would have said my wedding day or when my kids were born. Well, after my amazing birthday celebration, I can honestly say the best day of my life was my 55th birthday party. Mari (8 D.A.Y.S. Events) did an absolutely fabulous job from finding the perfect location, to creating a delicious menu and specialty cocktails to hiring amazing entertainment. Our party theme was a combination of "Fifty Shades of Grey" and "Eyes Wide Shut" and we were going for classy but naughty. Mari totally took the theme and ran with it! I've had big birthday celebrations every 5 years since my 25th birthday. Thanks to Mari and her staff this party blew all my other parties away. My friends can't stop talking about it and I've heard the statement (too many times to count) that "This was the best party I've ever attended or will ever attend!" If you want to have a party that your guests will remember, then you should hire Mari at 8 D.A.Y.S. Events.

E&M Designs run an event planning service and I hired them to provide the flowers and cake at my wedding. Working with them was very easy, they were available via text, phone and email and responses were prompt. I chose them because I was on a very tight budget and they gave me a significantly lower quote than any other vendors I contacted - for the level of service they provide I thought the price exceptionally reasonable! The flowers were delivered in great condition and looked exactly as discussed; however the highlight was the cake. Eimee made me a 3 tier lemon wedding cake that was both beautiful and delicious! All of my guests said it was the best cake they've ever had - moist, delicious, and with amazing frosting!

I hired Dianne as my day of wedding coordinator along with her assistant Natasha. Dianne was always very easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond to make my wedding day a fairytale. There was allot they had to set up within a 2 hour period of time before the reception and she nailed everything perfectly. I highly recommend her!

Lauren was our day of coordinator for our wedding on 11/21 at La Quinta Country Club. She did an amazing job! We first met Lauren at my now brother in laws wedding (they used her for their wedding). She was so amazing we had to hire her for our wedding. Even though Lauren was our day of coordinator, she started to help take over weeks before the wedding. She created timelines, coordinated with our vendors and just helped to ensure that everyone was on the same page. Our entire wedding went so smoothly and I know it's because we had Lauren there in the background making sure everything went according to plan. My husband and I can't think of anything we would change about our wedding. It was amazing. Thank you Lauren!

Vanessa and her husband were an absolute pleasure to work with the day of my wedding. Vanessa was really responsive and answered all of my questions during the entire process. She was especially helpful during the days leading up to the wedding, making sure we were covering all of my bases. I was able to kick back and focus on being a bride on the actual day trusting that Vanessa and her hubby had it all handled. Friends and family kept telling me to go with the flow and not to worry because things always go wrong at weddings no matter how hard you plan or organize, but this was not the case at all. I was blessed to have everything run so seamlessly and I have this wonderful team to thank for making it happen! They are so cute together, by the way, and their teamwork is apparent. Would highly recommend them in a heartbeat!

Esther helped us for our wedding in July 25th and she did a wonderful work. She made me the bride boutique even without the request. Karen is amazing! Words can't adequately express my appreciation of this wonderful lady. She did so much to make our event a success and to relieve the stress related to hosting a wedding. We hired Karen to be our "coordinator for the day" for our daughter's wedding. Even though the wedding was small (about 60 guests) and in our home, we wanted someone to help so that WE could be guests ourselves and enjoy the wedding. I did quite a bit of research before choosing and I'm so glad that we chose Karen. She has an infectious smile that puts you at ease immediately. She is also extremely professional and knowledgeable. She asked a lot of questions so that she would have a better idea of what we were envisioning. She had great practical ideas that helped with the flow of the event. We felt like we were in really good hands. When Karen arrived on the day of the wedding, she absolutely blew me away! I gave her a quick tour of everything that was happening and she just took it from there. It was like she was family and had been there a million times. She stayed two steps ahead all night and really made the evening stress free. She has a very unique quality in that she can take charge and provide direction in the nicest most nonabrasive way. When she lets guests know that it's time to move out to the patio for cocktails, or that we're ready for a toast, grand entrance, cake cutting etc. everyone listens and no one feels like they are being "bossed around". When guests left, she did so much to help wrap things up that I actually had to tell her to stop. She's so thoughtful. She pays attention to the smallest details and she really listens. I know Karen has done hundreds of events from large and elaborate to small and intimate. No matter what kind of event your planning, Karen will make it better and she will make your life easier! I hired Parveen to decorate my wedding venue for our December 2 wedding. Right off the bat I knew she'd have her work cut out for her due to the time constraints (the venue had an event beforehand and she would only have a 3 hour window) and my extremely limited decoration budget, which meant a lot of DIY and Dollar Tree décor. To say she exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. She set up the venue beautifully and was still there when we arrived to make sure the reception began and flowed smoothly, even though that was not something I asked her to do. She made sure my husband and I ate and always had a drink waiting for us. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for extra coordinator help with a limited budget. She was awesome, hands down.

We are having a backyard wedding this weekend and needed a spa and garage door concealed with drapery. The owner of Infuse Designs, Luis, came over last night and put up the pipe and drapes and did the lighting and it looks AMAZING. I was worried about it and he far exceeded my expectations. Not only does he do fantastic work but he's just a really nice person. Highly recommend him for wedding drapery and lighting.

Laura was great to work with! At first I wasn't sure that I was going to add a day-of wedding coordinator to my budget but after my first phone call with Laura, I knew it was essential. She's an expert about event set-up, timelines and catering so I immediately felt at ease and knew that if I hired her I could relax and enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about the details. Laura and her assistant Jody were essential at our wedding - they gracefully handled everything behind the scenes and made sure it was a perfect day for my husband and I and our guests. This was hands down, the BEST floral company I could have chosen for my wedding back in October! Rachel was so pleasant, helpful, and knows exactly what she is talking about. I am not very knowledgeable about flowers, but having Rachel take charge (after giving her my initial vision) made planning my wedding so much easier. I spoke with many florists prior to finding Rachel but wasn't 100% sold on any of them. The first time I spoke to Rachel over the phone, I got the best vibe from her. I'm so happy I was patient and chose the right florist! Rachel was extremely responsive during the planning process, and I never had to "track her down." She had great ideas and I felt comfortable saying whether I liked them or maybe preferred something else (which was rare). And lastly, on the day of the wedding, she didn't just drop off the arrangements and take off. She spent time arranging all of the centerpieces, the arch, and the petals that were along the aisle. Sooo many compliments from the guests about how beautiful the florals were! If you want a floral company that will exceed your expectations, contact Rachel now! You will NOT regret it!
