I charge a one-time, non-refundable planning fee based on the number of travelers and the length of the trip. Solo travelers: $250 for up to 14 days 2-5 travelers: $500 for up to 14 days 6-8 travelers: $750 for up to 14 days

My typical process for working with a new customer is as follows: 1. That’s why, once you submit our inquiry form, we’ll reach out to schedule a complimentary planning session where we’ll get to know more about you and your travel style. By gaining a deeper understanding of your interests and desires, we can tailor an itinerary that perfectly aligns with your individual travel desires and provides the ultimate adventure. 2. Itinerary Design - We strive to create custom itineraries that align with our client’s individual vacation visions and preferences. If we are the right fit for your travel needs, we’ll send over our service fee agreement and begin designing a tailored itinerary specifically for you. You’ll receive a detailed proposal that reflects your unique interests and desires. And if you’d like to make any changes or adjustments to the itinerary, we are more than happy to work with you to perfect every element of your trip. We are committed to ensuring that your adventure is exactly what you envision and meets all of your travel needs. 3. Book Your Journey - Once your itinerary is approved, we will work closely with our trusted travel suppliers to book all elements of your journey. You’ll also receive our insider recommendations on places to see, restaurants to visit, and the best activities to try in your destination. We strive to make the planning process stress-free and seamless so you can fully enjoy your adventure and make the most of your trip. 4. Depart & Assist - We are here to support you every step of the way- including when you embark on your dream vacation. You can feel at ease, knowing that you have a team of experienced professionals by your side. If you encounter any issues, contact us and we’ll work with our suppliers to resolve any issues and make things right.
