I would tell him the goals I had and he would curate specific workouts to achieve those goals and he would also give advice on what meals should look like to help me achieve my goals. Every time I wanted to change my goal he would tweak my exercises and inform me what exercises helped grow what muscles. He’s also very flexible with training times, for example if one of the days I could only train early in the morning he would be there to train with me. Overall he’s a really amazing trainer and I would 100% go back to train with him!"See more
