Cornel is awesome! We asked everyone we knew for a recommendation for nearly 3 years and couldn’t find anyone. Then a friend introduced us to Cornel.
Ironically, he was the last of about 1/2 dozen general contractors we interviewed. In a kind and gracious way, he was able to point out some major flaws in our thinking and plans… and then helped us regroup with a new plan - and we couldn’t be happier.
He literally saved our project before it began - when every other contractor would have just taken our money.
And then he executed… on time and on budget. He was agreeable to minor changes when possible - and direct about when changes could not be accommodated or would cost extra. We always felt like he was open and honest with us… which meant a lot, especially at a time when we were so vulnerable (ie: mid-project).
Finally, one of the sub-contractors we picked totally messed up in a major way. Not only was Cornel understanding, he went to bat for us and found us a new subcontractor that was outstanding.
In the end, Cornel truly made our addition/remodel (added a bedroom, bathroom & closet + remodeled the entire kitchen and pantry) soooo much better than it would have been.

Cornel remodeled almost our entire house. His attention to detail and perfectionism was above and beyond. Everything was done right and to code, and he never cut corners. I was building a shop/garage and was in need of a framer. Corneliu was quick in response to contact me and gave me a fair and reasonable quote for work to be done. As he was doing the work I discovered that not only was his price reasonable, but his workmanship was spot on. The original architectural plans were so inflated and over designed by the designer that talking with the inspector, Corneliu assisted me in persuading the designer in changing original architectural plans for my shop/garage to meet a more usable version of the plans. Without his assistance, I would not have been able to save the money that I did and would not have had such a beautiful shop/garage built. His knowledge and expertise in the construction business is one of Excellence and I can't be more pleased with the results.

He is the BEST contractor! Very responsive, honest, and hard-working. He will also give you his own advice on projects, ideas, materials. Saves you time doing the research. Or even if you have done the research, he will break it down to you whether something will actually work or not. Him and his crew are also punctual and respectful. So glad we found him for our house remodel. He was recommended by our neighbors and we have no regrets.
