Donald and Kong did an outstanding job on my recent plumbing work, and I’m genuinely impressed with both the quality of the repair and their professionalism. From start to finish they were clear about what they were doing, answered my questions in plain language, and made sure I understood the problem and the fix. They arrived when they said they would and got right to work, diagnosing the issue quickly and explaining what they found before moving ahead. The repair itself was done efficiently. I really appreciated how careful they were with protecting the work area, kept tools organized, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving so you’d barely know a plumber had been there except that everything now works. Earlier this year asap came and snaked a slow drain and got it running. They were fast and professional and laid down towels and such to try to keep things clean. They also dropped off some solution to help clean the pipes regularly.

We offer estimates and options for the repair onsite. Warranty is given for our work. Discounts are given to new customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask to get a little more information on the issue and let new customers know what needs to be done to resolve that issue. An appointment will then be set up according to their availability and we go from there. Options and estimate for the repair will be provided that suits customers needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father recently retired with 40 years of experience in the field and he has passed on a great deal of knowledge to me. I also worked for a big plumbing company for years cleaning all sorts of drain clogs on daily basis.
