- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free consultation to get a sense of the scope of the project and then give an estimate of how long the project will take. My rates are $50 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a time for a consultation in the space you want organized. We will go through a questionnaire to talk about your goals for the project, how involved you want to be in the process, and what kind of hauling services you want me to take care of for you. Then I will give you an estimate of the total cost of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a high school teacher for years. I have taught hundreds of students per year, so I had to become an expert on workflow and organizing large volumes of paper and teaching supplies fast!
