Personal Training

I started working with Julian about three weeks ago and he is doing a wonderful job so far. He started with a thorough evaluation to identify my strengths and weakness, helped me narrow down my goals for the training, and has since curated a program for me to achieve those goals. He is also doing a great job accommodating my back and wrist issues, and I can already feel some improvement in my lower back! Last but not least, he is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him!

I’ve been training with Julian for about 3 months now and it’s the best decision I’ve made for my fitness journey! I’ve been thinking about personal training for a while and I’m super glad I chose him. He really takes the time to understand you and your goals and curates a fitness plan specifically for you. He’s very educated on not only fitness but also health and the human body. He’s very passionate about his craft and it really shows when you speak to him. My sessions are always challenging but fun! I always feel very accomplished after every workout and time flies when you are having a good conversation with him! I also like how he racks up the weights and cleans it for you after each different workout so you have optimal space for your next workout move. He really cares about his clients. I’m already seeing amazing results and it’s really all thanks to him guiding me. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to start their fitness journey or wanting to do personal training!

Julian is the best trainer I have worked with. He keeps every session different and engaging. I made great strides quickly working with him. Facility is great too. Importantly, he doesn’t do just “plug and play” workout routines. He’s extremely knowledgeable with regards to nutrition, fitness progression, working around ailments/injuries and personalizing your sessions.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Initial consultation and needs analysis first. Next we go through a physical assessment to screen movements, strengths and weaknesses. Followed by a professional recommendation on exercise programming.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, DBC Biomechanics and Human Movements, Corrective Exercise Specialist.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I started training professionally after I graduated college in 2015, been helping people meet their fitness goals ever since then.
