I worked with Yvonne and At Your Service for a wedding that I planned on 4th of July weekend and could not have been more pleased. Yvonne provided both bartending and servers. Leading up to the event Yvonne was accessible and genuinely interested in making sure that everything was perfect for the bride and groom. As the wedding planner, I was to thankful for expertise and attention to detail throughout the process — despite the many updates and changes throughout! I (and the bride) felt completely confident and at ease in Yvonne’s hands. On the day of, the team was incredibly professional and efficient. Any small glitches that inevitably come with planning a big event was handled without any interruption for guests. We had PLENTY of compliments about At Your Service and would highly recommend them for any event!
Not only did Fresh & Fizzy provide excellent service but Drew's knowledge and advice was invaluable in planning our event. We ended up having him and his team do much more than we thought we would and we were so happy that we did.

My school organization used DJ Dan for our event last Saturday and we HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use his services for your next event. His setup had everything: speakers, mics, lights, and a cool monitor on the front of his booth displaying awesome visual effects that go with the music. He was very flexible to work with out event time frame and his set up and break down was very quick. Besides his awesome DJ skills, he is just an all-around awesome guy and interacted with our guests as well. Everyone enjoyed the event even more thanks to him. He is also a strong supporter for non-profit and charitable events.

She was very laid back and I mean this in a good way. I like to be in control when planning my wedding or events and she made sure to listen and make sure all my visions and choices were taken care of! Manya from "Dazzling Streaks" helped me organize a large (close to 100 people) semi-corporate event that we hosted at our house (not so large). It worked out perfectly as she was able to come up with great suggestions that had my own vision and requirements for the event in-focus at all times.. Her personalized service made it a fun event to plan for and at the end of the event, I had super happy and satisfied guests!
AnnaMarie did a fantastic job coordinating my wedding. I did most of the prep work, and then she made sure the day went off without a hitch! I was planning a baby shower for my first grandchild. I needed centerpieces. I found Mariane on Thumbtack. I was impressed with her responsiveness to my request, first of all, but also with her consistent and prompt communication with me during the planning process. She delivered the centerpieces on time, and they were lovely.

Pam and her team are amazing! Pam coordinated our wedding of about 85 guests on a secluded private residence in Grass Valley. Pam has an incredible way of considering every detail to make sure that our wedding would be worry free and she was ready to help with just about anything. After the wedding, I even found out that we had run out of ice for the bar and that Pam's assistant, Courtney, had gone on an ice run to save the day - you are the best! Events By Courtney Ann assisted me in the planning, coordinating and hosting of my Company Picnic and ensuring that the event went smoothly. Her advice and ideas resulted in the nicest picnic outing I could have imagined (not to mention relieving me of the stress associated with putting on a great event for my employers). We had a great turnout, with more than 65 people in attendance. She coordinated with the caterers, organized picnic games and party events and personalized the picnic area with banners, balloons, flowers and more. There were several organized games and races planned and Courtney facilitated in gathering large crowds for the games and making sure everyone had fun. Her timeline for the picnic was perfect. The day was awesome - everyone had a great time and my employers were extremely pleased. I would highly recommend Events By Courtney Ann for any event! She is organized, communicates well in the planning stages as well as at the event, is friendly and very professional.
"Charles did our Wedding on July 8th of this year. I could not be happier. From start to finish this young man is with you. He takes care of everything from decorations to vendors to which wines to pair with the meal. He was very reasonable and does an outstanding job. He thinks of things that never occur to you. He even planned my march down the aisle to a pause in the song just for the "effect"! He is very organized, very personable, and very energetic with a kind and sincere personality. Erika (Cast Your Cares Event Planning) is a true professional planner and an excellent event coordinator. Rosa and I chose Erika to coordinate our wedding and although it was the biggest wedding in town, it certainly had it's challenges and Ms. Erika handled everyone of them like a pro. We could not have been happier with Erika and her work with us and our vendors. Her greatest asset was no more evident and very much on display, the day of our wedding. Wow... Erika was spot on from start to finish, keeping all those involved with our special day, on time and together. From getting my bride's hair and makeup finished (with photos!) and into the limo to the church ON TIME, to making sure all of our guests were enjoying the reception (photos of us at each table), and then keeping us on time leaving the reception and off to our life as husband and wife. Just a well done job all around. I would like to complement Erika on her beautiful decorations for the reception (tables, cake tables, etc,) and her expert management the guest seating chart (which is not and easy chore) .... Rosa and I were so impressed with Erika's work coordinating our wedding, we do plan to chose Cast Your Cares again with upcoming professional and special events (milestone birthdays and charity functions). Me and my family were unprepared for my mom's wedding renewal until we hired Samantha. She helped us with the basic planning of the reception and ceremony. She was involved in every aspect, including the actual ceremony. Couldn't have done it without her and we barely hired her like 3 weeks before the ceremony. Definitely recommend her for others. 5 stars ☺
Working with Alina was an absolute pleasure for my husband and I. She coordinated our wedding with such grace, and assisted us with all of our concerns. I do not think our wedding would have been so magical if she was not involved. I knew we could not meet our budget by planning with other companies, and we were luckily referred to Alina. Alina was wonderful in emailing me back and forth throughout our planning by sharing ideas, details, etc. She is easy to communicate with and always there to help.
Erin was great. She helped me transform my boring apartment that I got for work into a nice place. She did it all on a very limited budget and even painted a few pieces of furniture I bought off craigslist now I can resell when I move out and make 3x what I originally paid. All together I would definitely recommend hiring Erin for your interior decorating and even for making purchases. She is responsible and stays on or under budget.
