I messaged Osbaldo on Saturday about leaking and backed up sink . The ceiling fan also stopped working. He told me he would come and check it out on Sunday morning at 8am and he showed up and fixed all the problems. Will definitely work with him for my next project next month.

The handyman I got from Thumbtack.com, Osbaldo, did excellent job. I am property owner, very picky, but he met my requirements: 1) on time show up and finish 2) quality and nice job. Experience. 3) reasonable price. Can charge by job. 4) can do small job like my ceiling hole. I like him fix my home again. I recommend h highly without hesitation for sure. David Chau. I just had the interior painting of our home completed by Osbaldo. There was also removal of wallpaper and the installation of crown molding in three rooms. Osbaldo went above and beyond to complete my project and did a wonderful job making our home look beautiful! In fact, we have already given Osbaldo another reference!

I originally contacted Osbaldo for a bid on painting and I ended up hiring him for the job plus some! He painted the whole interior of our home, replaced our counter tops with granite, replaced our kitchen sink, and put up our beautiful backsplash in the kitchen. I can't thank him enough for working with my crazy schedule and for doing such a great job. He's very trustworthy, respectful, hardworking, takes pride in his work, and his quotes are very reasonable. He also communicated well from the beginning and that's one of the reasons why I hired him in the first place. I'll definitely be calling him for our future home renovations!
