- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job and not by the hour. I like to do that because I want to work with a set pricing and not a open eneded bid that depends on hours. There are always challenges in a project that are unforseen and I don't want those challenges to affect the pricing directly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, when working with a new customer I like to come out on site, in person, and physically see what is needed. I want to understand what it is exactly the client is looking for. Once I start to see what they are looking for I can create the vision, add suggestions, and give advice from previous projects.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients. Clients that want to tackle big projects to small projects, big budgets, small budgets, veterns, foreigners, and everything in between.
