Hello, my name is Chef Nicole, I have been the food industry for over a decade working in some of the best kitchens in the Central Valley to Michelin star restaurants in the SF bay! I opened Nest Egg Catering in January 2024 to meet the demands of private dinner requests I was getting, however Nest Egg is so much more! We offer full service onsite catering, drop off/delivery catering, private intimate in home dinners, in home cooking classes, pop-up food vending and bartending! I am classily trained in French and Italian cuisine and I have a passion for Asian and Caribbean cooking! I would call my style New American Fusion! A melting pot of culture and flavor just like “land of the free”! I stay up to date on gastronomy techniques and trends and I work hard to offer competitive pricing and the best quality foods available to meet any budget! recently had the pleasure of working with Nest Egg Catering for a surprise party, I hosted for 60 guests, and I cannot recommend Nicole and her team enough. From start to finish, the experience was so easy! Nicole, the owner, not only assisted me in creating an incredible menu that suited our event, but she was also mindful of our budget constraints, ensuring we got the most value for our money without compromising on quality. Nest Egg Catering provided a full-service experience that went above and beyond my expectations. In addition to the delicious food, Nicole helped organize additional staff including a bartender and a team to help with set-up and tear down of the event. Her creativity and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the planning process, from fun appetizer ideas to the presentation of the main course. Thanks to Nicole at Nest Egg Catering, what could have been a stressful event to plan turned into an unforgettable evening.
